STEP 1: Frame rough opening to 1" less then door height 3" less than door width making sure everything is square and plumb. Put extra run of frame in 3 1/2" from bottom of the door header to bottom of the frame to mount aluminum angle to. (suppJied by customer)
STEP 2: Mount Aluminum Angle 3 1/2" from bottom of rough opening header to bottom of angle with #14 x l Tex Screws every 2'.
STEP 3: Mount Rollers to top of door 6" from each end of door to center of rollers with 3/4" Tex Screws 4 per roller, keep rollers even with outside edge of door frame.
STEP 4: Mount Aluminum Track to Aluminum Angle
Note: Adjust track so you have 1/2” between door panels and rough opening frame and fasten with #14 x 1 Tex Screws every 12", only screw temporarily until doors are hung and you have the correct distance between the door and the rough opening frame.
STEP 5: Put doors on track and make sure you have 1/2" between door and frame. Now you can put the rest of the screws in the track.
STEP 6: Fasten stay rollers even with inside edge of rough opening frame 1 per door with flat wood screws predrill 11/16 hole. Now adjust roller so door panel is 1/2”away from rough opening frame. Mount 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" so block with 2 wood screws on rough opening frame between frame and door at the center of the door for spacer so door can slide against, be sure to counter sink screws so head doesn't rub door. Make sure block is even with inside of rough opening frame.
STEP 7: Put doors in close position making sure you have the same amount of overlap on each side of the door and rough opening frame should be approx. 1 1/2" on each side. Now make a mark on inside of te track even with edge of both
